SLMStep 1 · Glixy’s own small language model, in development

Small language models. For business workflows.

Plan your business workflow around Glixy’s own small language model, running on dedicated Glixy-operated servers that we’re building now. Define the task, budget and data requirements with our team, then agree the scope and deployment schedule.

01 / BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

Define the task.
Evaluate the results.

A small language model can be a practical starting point for focused work. Quality, memory and response time still depend on the model, your data and the hardware.

01

Internal knowledge assistance

Plan a document assistant that retrieves approved passages and shows where an answer came from.

Evaluation measure: answer accuracy + citation quality
02

Customer support assistance

Classify incoming requests and draft responses for a person to review before sending.

Evaluation measure: routing accuracy + edit rate
03

Document information extraction

Explore extraction into a consistent format, with validation and review for missing or uncertain fields.

Evaluation measure: field accuracy + exceptions

02 / HOW IT WORKS

Ask in plain words.
Check the source.

Glixy SLM runs on our own dedicated server. It reads only the documents you approve, answers with a pointer to where the answer came from, and leaves important decisions to your team.

PROJECT SCOPE AND EXPECTATIONS

Defined requirements.
A documented delivery plan.

Discuss your team’s workflow, data and service requirements. Agree the scope, acceptance criteria and a delivery plan before onboarding.

01 / DEFINE THE SCOPE

Document service inclusions

Ask for a written scope covering the task, users, document sources, usage limits, setup and support. Identify extra work before it becomes an extra charge.

02 / EVALUATE PERFORMANCE

Evaluate before expanding

Agree what a correct answer looks like, where a person must review it, and how response time will be tested under expected use.

03 / AGREE SERVICE TERMS

Define handover and exit arrangements

Confirm cancellation, data export or deletion, support ownership and any renewal terms in the final service agreement.

PROJECT AVAILABILITY

Discuss the scope.
Agree the start date.

Use the project planner to prepare your requirements. Glixy SLM and production infrastructure are still in development; deployment can be scheduled after readiness and capacity are confirmed.

DATA HANDLING AND SUPPORT

Review data handling.
Confirm support responsibilities.

Data access and retention

Before a pilot, confirm hosting location, who can access documents, retention, deletion and whether any training use is permitted. The website does not upload documents or send calculator entries to Glixy.

Support arrangements

Agree a support channel, operating hours, incident escalation and maintenance expectations. No production SLA or response-time guarantee has been established here.

Human review and oversight

Answers may be incomplete or wrong. Plan source checks, access controls and human approval for consequential decisions or outbound messages.
