Why build custom instead of using Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot?

If a 70-80% workflow match is good enough for you, off-the-shelf wins. Pick custom when (a) your workflow doesn't fit a sales-team template, (b) you have non-standard data types, (c) per-seat licensing costs more than the build itself, or (d) you're tied to a stack the SaaS vendor doesn't support. We'll be honest about which side of that line you're on.

How long does a CRM build take?

4–6 weeks for a single-team CRM (sales OR support OR ops). 8–12 weeks for multi-team with custom integrations and SSO. We ship in week-2 — usable, with a feedback loop — then iterate.

Can you migrate our data from Zoho / HubSpot / spreadsheets?

Yes — most engagements include migration. We pull from CSV, native export, or API, clean the data, map to your new schema, and run a verification pass before go-live. Spreadsheets are usually the messiest input but absolutely doable.

What happens if our team grows from 10 to 100?

Architecturally we plan for it — multi-tenant DB, indexed search, role hierarchies. Hosting auto-scales on Growth and Enterprise tiers. We'll review with you at 50 seats to make sure indexes and integrations still fit.

Where is the data hosted, and who can see it?

Default: Kolkata data centre with daily off-site backup to Frankfurt (encrypted). On-premise / customer-cloud deployments available on Enterprise. Only your team can see your data — we have no read access except for time-bound, audited support sessions you explicitly approve.

Do you handle ongoing maintenance?

Yes — every CRM build comes with at least 3 months of bundled support. After that you choose: continue with our managed-support retainer, hand the codebase to your team, or hybrid (we keep hosting; your devs do features).
